Radial Magnetic Trap
The RADIAL MAGNETIC TRAP This equipment fulfills the purpose of trapping steel shavings in pressurized ducts, used in food industries in compliance with the HACCP standard.
The TMR is designed and manufactured by CIGO MINING, our holding company is a leader in Latin America in the provision of magnets and magnetic bars through SOCOTER.
The cleaning cycle is quite simple, it only requires 3 steps:
1. Open the clamps (no tools required).
2. Remove the central body and,
3. Remove the Magnetic Bar to clean the “torpedo” of the TMR.

High Intensity Neodymium (Rare Earth) Magnet.
Body in AISI-304 Stainless Steel.
Saturation Alarm (Optional).
Removable Neodymium Magnetic Bar for cleaning.
Simple to maintain.
Easy to install.
Maximum allowable pressure: 60 psi.
Maximum operational temperature: < 70°C.
